PROCEDURE

To access any of our products and services one has to complete and sign off a formal application form regarding the product or services.

lf you require a new building, design, plot or Work to be done on your
existing building or plot, follow the process below:
Collect an application form from any of our offices. Complete it and return it
to our offices or email it.
A click on the appropriate form will retrieve the application form and produce
a hard copy. Fill the relevant form and sign off. Make the required payment
of commitment fee (Which forms part of your total cost of house or service)
You will be given an offer letter from our offices or an offer letter will be
posted to the address you provide.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – NEW PROJECTS

A. Deposits and allocations

Before an allocation will be made, certain conditions must be met. These are
the following:
i. Receipt of written confirmation of acceptance of offer as Well as a
copy of executed agreement for sale.
ii. Receipt of an initial deposit of 40% of the total cost of the house
on offer.

After allocation the following schedule of payment will apply:
30% – PAYMENT AT ROOFING LEVEL
30% – FINAL PAYMENT AT CLOSING

B. Mortgage Finance

The Ghana Home Loans and Barclays Bank (Ghana) extends mortgages to
qualified resident and non-resident Ghanaians. To apply to a bank you must
take our Offer Letter and fill out their application form. After Vetting, they will
issue you a Facility Letter confirming their agreement to provide mortgage
financing.

We will make allocation at such time when WE have received the Facility
Letter and all required deposits have been made to Barclays Bank and you
have executed our agreement for sale.
